Pairs Well With

Shires' WarmaRug Thermal System. Versatility to help with changing weather conditions, the WarmaRug System allows you to add and remove insulating layers to your turnout rug quickly and without fuss. This 100g layer can be used under turnout rugs in combo or standard neck styles. Touch close straps either side of the shoulders secure the liner to standard neck outers (to prevent the liner from being exposed to rain) but it can equally be used with combo rugs. Snap clips secure the rear of the liner to rear D-rings of the rug.

Not what I expected

This is the first negative review I have ever written but I was really disappointed in this product. I have purchased a number of Shires products and have several Tempest blankets (which are excellent and my favorites for my horse). The only term I can think of at the moment for this liner is “skimpy”: barely long enough lengthwise and widthwise. The liner does not even reach my horse’s elbows and is very thin.
