The WeatherBeeta Green-Tec 1200D Detach-A-Neck Medium has been created using recycled plastics for the outer and lining, meaning each blanket saves over 380* plastic bottles from going into the ocean or landfill and the way we have made it uses far less (over 50% less) energy and our PU waterproof coating of which 27% is created using recycled camera lenses further reducing the environmental impact of our Green-Tec range. Plus, it is packaged in recyclable packaging that is also made from PCR (post consumer recyclable plastic). Featuring a waterproof and breathable 1200 denier plain weave PCR outer from recycled bottles, a strong 150 denier diamond weave lining made from PCR fabric, warm 220g of polyfill which is made from recycled plastic bottles, compatible with the WeatherBeeta liner system for versatility throughout the seasons, a detach-a-neck style for versatility and a traditional side gusset for natural movement. The quick clip front closure also offers maximum adjustability.

SIZING

Using a soft measuring tape, measure your horse's Body Length from the center point of the chest, across the widest point of the shoulder, and to the center point of your horse’s rear, under the tail. WEIGHT & FUNCTION

This is a MEDIUM WEIGHT TURNOUT, intended to keep your horse dry and warm outdoors in reasonably cold weather.

Turnouts, blankets & sheets serve a variety of functions. Turnouts act as a waterproof insulator layer, helping to maintain condition in cold weather. Stable blankets are not waterproof and simply provide insulation for warmth. Other sheets (fly protection, coolers, competition, scrim, etc.) excel at a number of other functions. This product fits TRUE TO SIZE. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up 1 size (typically 3 inches).
